This is the screen where the integrations added to the application are displayed.
Slack Integration:
Click the Manage Integrations button.
Follow the instructions in Slack: Channel Settings > Integrations > Webhooks menu to obtain the webhook URL.
Paste the copied URL into the modal that opens after clicking Add Connection in the application.
Click the Create Integration button to activate the integration.
